# 13 - Video testimonials

### How to use this super power

#### 1) Add the Sections Kit sections to the page

* [ ] Make sure you have the **Sections Kit** installed into your site
* [ ] On a site page, add (or copy) the [**Base kit Section**](https://docs.superpowerups.com/kit-1/kit-powerups/kit-common-sections/base-kit) \*\*\*\* that is included with all of our Kit PowerUps. The Base Kit section contains the style choices that will be used on this page for all other Kit sections.
* [ ] Add a section and search for **"Kit: Social Proof (13)"** and add it to your page

#### 2) Update the Headings settings group

* [ ] Add your text for the Subheading and Heading settings
* [ ] Update the List setting with your list text. Each line of the text will be a new list item
* [ ] Update the Icon setting with an [icon code](https://docs.superpowerups.com/kit-1/kit-usage-guides/smart-settings/icons)

#### 3) Update the Button settings group

* [ ] Choose the text for your button (leave blank for hiding the button)
* [ ] Choose your button color scheme (colors and style come from the [Base Kit settings](https://docs.superpowerups.com/kit-1/kit-common-sections/base-kit#buttons))
* [ ] Choose your button type
  * [ ] *Page Pricing section* - this will move the page to the [Kit Pricing section](https://docs.superpowerups.com/kit-1/kit-powerups/sections-kit/pricing-sections) (must exist on the page)
  * [ ] *Funnel Kit Opt In* - this will trigger a popup based on the [Funnel Kit Opt In section](https://docs.superpowerups.com/kit-1/kit-powerups/kit-common-sections/funnel-kit-opt-in) that exists on the page (additional section required)
  * [ ] *Custom Page* - this will use the Custom Page settings right below this option for the button

#### 4) Update the Text styles settings group

* [ ] Select the color scheme to be used for the text in this section. The colors and style are set using the [Base Kit](https://docs.superpowerups.com/kit-1/kit-powerups/kit-common-sections/base-kit) that has been placed on this page.

#### 5) Update the Background Color settings group

* [ ] Select the color scheme to be used for background color to be used by this section. The colors and style are set using the [Base Kit](https://docs.superpowerups.com/kit-1/kit-powerups/kit-common-sections/base-kit) that has been placed on this page.

#### 6) Update the Section settings group

* [ ] Optionally modify the section style options for this section

#### 7) Add Testimonial block settings

* [ ] Add a Testimonial block setting for each testimonial
* [ ] Update all Quote, Name, Subheading settings with your text
* [ ] Choose the Video type to be used
  * [ ] *Thinkific of YouTube* - selecting this option will use the video selected using the standard video "picker". The 'Autoplay video' option is only used for this option
  * [ ] *Custom -* selecting this option will use the Custom Video Embed code provided. *Be sure to paste in code from your video platform and ensure that it is responsive*
  * [ ] *Loom -* selecting this option will use the Custom Video Embed code provided. *Be sure to paste in code from Loom.* You also have the option of removing the Top bar from a Loom video.
